RA authorization number will be sent to you via your email that you provide above. Upon RA approval, please include a copy of the email sent to you with the item(s) being returned for repair. Terms and Condition: Classic Army products have a 60 day warranty against manufacturer's defects for 60 days after the time of new purchase. All other brand products have a 30 day warranty. This warranty applies only to products that are in their original condition, including the orange tip for guns. Any aftermarket alterations to the internal mechanisms or external body parts, including removal of the gun’s orange tip, will automatically void this warranty. Mechbox upgrade component parts that are sold separately are not warranteed. Shipping charges are not covered by warranty. The RA number is valid for only 30 days from the date issued. A new RA number is required if period exceeds 30 days. The RA number is valid only for items originally listed in the request forms. The items are tested only for the problems listed in the RA form, so please describe the problem clearly. “Dead on Arrival” must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Any physical damage, re-work done to the product, or defacing labels on parts and components will void the warranty. Please be sure to include all items in its original condition/packing. Service labor and shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable. Any items returned sent incomplete or defaced will not eligible for warranty repair. Please print RA number legibly on top of the package. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.
