RMA Form and Warranty for Products purchased from Authorized Spartan Imports Dealers
Spartan Imports offers a Limited Warranty on all Classic Army products it imports and distributes. This Limited Warranty applies to our valued Dealers and Customers as follows: Dealers: With certain exceptions, Spartan’s Limited Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship in all brand new Classic Army products that are received by the Dealer from Spartan Imports. Whenever possible, under the Limited Warranty, Spartan will send parts to the Dealer to correct the defects found in order to save both parties time and expense. If part replacement is not practical or the damage is extensive, Spartan will replace the defective items that were received by the Dealer. To return the defective items, please follow the RMA procedure at the end of this section. The Limited Warranty does not cover 1) Classic Army items not imported and distributed from Spartan Imports, 2) damage as a result of shipping, 3) damage from neglect, abuse, or misuse, 4) damage as a result of intentional modification of any kind, 5) damage from use of poor quality/damage BBs and/or batteries. Customers: With certain exceptions, Spartan offers a 60 Day Limited Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship that occur within the first 60 days of ownership by the consumer. The Customer should deliver the defective item to the Dealer from whom they purchased the item. Whenever possible, under the Limited Warranty, Spartan will send parts to the Dealer to correct the defects found in order to save all parties time and expense. If part replacement is not practical or the damage is extensive, Spartan will replace the defective items that were received by the Dealer. Authorized Dealers may use our Return Merchandise Authorization form to obtain an authorization to return defective merchandise back to Spartan Imports.
